We believe in earning your trust every month. Our memberships are billed monthly, and you can update or cancel your plan at any time with 30 days' notice.
You don't have to worry about tracking it. We will proactively reach out to you seasonally (Heating tune-ups in the Fall, Plumbing/Cooling inspections in the Spring) to get you booked at a time that works best for your schedule.
Benefits officially go live 21 days following your enrollment date. This safety window allows us to ensure all onboarding equipment meets our serviceable condition requirements.
Coverage can be utilized directly for qualifying mechanical components based on our standard flat-rate repair tier structure. It cannot be used to pay for a complete system replacement, but can be applied as an official credit towards comprehensive replacements or major repairs.
Yes, to maintain fair pricing for all club members, coverage excludes pre-existing equipment failures, cosmetic damage, visual neglect, or damages stemming from external factors like freezing, flooding, fire, power surges, or unauthorized system adjustments.
Memberships are conveniently billed every month to your designated payment method. You can cancel at any time with written notice. Please note that if substantial membership benefits or emergency repairs have been leveraged prior to cancellation, Total Plumbing & Heating Ltd. reserves the right to invoice for the difference between discounted member pricing and standard retail service rates.
